Renew today announced it has reached a partnership agreement with WC Smith, a multifamily developer, owner and operator with a portfolio of more than 10,000 apartment homes in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.

WC Smith has implemented the Renew platform to centralize and optimize its resident renewal and retention processes. Renew’s advisory board of apartment industry members includes Holli Beckman, chief marketing officer at WC Smith.

“Renew has revolutionized the renewal management process by automating what was once a laborious task,” Beckman said. “With Renew, property managers can enjoy consistent communication to residents, shortened time-to-decision, and happier on-site teams. Overall, Renew is an essential tool for any property management company looking to simplify their renewal process and improve operational efficiency.”

Renew’s high-powered software, which integrates with leading property management systems, provides operators with a centralized renewal tool and retention strategy while interacting with residents to help them more easily navigate the renewal process. The solution automates outreach to residents in order to understand a resident's propensity to renew, delivers renewal offers with dynamic pricing and leverages insights to create a curated resident experience, all of which drive an increase in renewals and faster renewal decisions.
