With Pre-Renewal Engagement, Renew now captures the behavioral and demographic data that matters before residents make their final decision.
Starting 180 days before lease expiration, residents can access their Renew account, update their information, and share life changes that impact their renewal plans, giving property teams unique visibility into renewal likelihood, earlier.
How it works
Residents now receive a revamped pre-renewal sequence guiding them through:
- Renewal intent declaration: A clear prompt to share early renewal plans
- Information confirmation: Review contact information and vehicle details
- Rentable items requests: Interest signals for parking, storage, and other add-ons
All of this data is structured and stored to feed Renew's Propensity to Renew (PTR) model, enabling smarter predictions and more personalized renewal strategies.
Residents can log into Renew earlier in their lease cycle. They can declare their renewal intent, update their information, confirm pet information, and request a parking spot they possibly didn't have before.
Together, this data acts as real world intent signals for renewal, captured intentionally and early.
Across a portfolio, the signals add up. They co-create better aligned retention strategies, smarter pricing, and more proactive outreach.
